Florella's Haven
Don’t look out of other's windows; you might miss the view outside your own.
I shouldn't be surprised....

Relationships are 1-sided. Someone tells you their dream and expects you to give them feedback and be enthused. But when you try to tell them yours, you can't get one word out of them. That is, until you overhear them telling someone else and mocking you about it behind your back. Sometimes you can't even trust the people you love the most.
I just realized, that all that time ago, he stopped talking to me just so he would never have to admit that he lied.

Funny how whenever I am lonely, all I want is to be Invisible.
Post-Semester Blues

Post-semester blues; when you realize that all of your friends have scattered. When you are lost as to what to do with your time. When you realize that for a short time, you don't have much to do. And then you will be back to the grind, before summer is even over. I wish it was all done.
I would like to fall in love again.
And this time not get hurt.
And this time not get hurt.
I have to laugh sometimes. I let it go. Tried to anyway. But it never really left. It stayed hidden in the trees. Whispering on the wind. Calling and beckoning. I argue that it was never mine in the first place. To which it agrees and keeps speaking in its soothing tone. It can go at anytime. In fact I want it to go....but stay as well. It knows this...hopes for it..... Oh, what will I do?
What do you do when someone forgets about you? When that someone wanted to date you, but you said no. And one of your reasons was so that your friendship could not be ruined or lost. So he starts dating someone else, and completely stops talking to you. Stops caring about you as even a friend. What do you do when you realized in the first place that that would happen? What do you do when you realize he lied to you? What do you do when almost 2 years of friendship suddenly mean nothing, and this is actually the second time this has happened? I fear the answer is to never be friends with him again....
Little do you know, how meaningless you make me feel, when you treat me this way.
